Since 2012, it has started a permanent Observatory on internships. The Observatory is aimed at improving and implementing evaluation tools both qualitatively and quantitatively by conducting timely and in-depth monitoring.

Since March 2013, the Observatory has expanded its activities with the monitoring of apprenticeship pathways initiated for contracted enterprises.

Through the ACTL-SportelloStage Observatory, the goal is to analyze and read the strengths to be enhanced and the criticalities to be corrected, recognizing in the tools of internship and apprenticeship a virtuous passage in the first contact with the world of work, its logics, opportunities and constraints.
